On Tuesday 14th January, we welcomed Judo Dan into our school.
All of the children had a great time playing judo inspired games and challenges in their sessions and learning about the art of Judo.
They worked as a whole class, in pairs and then finally faced a knock-out style challenge. Every child demonstrated excellent behaviour and worked as hard as they possibly could in every challenge, showing sheer determination. Every session was fun and filled with lots of energy and laughter!
Judo Dan spoke about his club that he runs in Newton Aycliffe and gave each child a flyer for a free session to try it out.
