On Friday 29th September 2023, we held a Macmillan Cancer Support Bake sale. Byerley Park families brought an amazing amount of delicious cakes into school for us to sell in our bake sale.
On the morning, staff worked extremely hard with sugar overload, to plate up all of the cakes, in preparation for the event! The Year Four children helped to set up the tables and decorations and also helped to run the stalls.
It was so lovely to see so many families coming into school to support the event and helping us to raise a fantastic £433 for Macmillan Cancer Support. This vital money will help to support research into treatments and also provide support for individuals and families affected by cancer.
We would like to thank our Byerley Park families for showing such brilliant support for such a worthy cause.
