Following the strong winds that we have experienced over the weekend, Chris discovered that a large tree trunk had snapped and landed onto the roof of our Canadian Lodge!
Luckily, there was little damage and Chris and his team managed to remove the trunk and surrounding branches. Some of the branches have been added into our ‘Living Wall’ which is now over 1 metre tall! The rest of the trunk/branches have been cut down and will be used within the forest development.

17th June 2020 – I wonder how many of you managed to guess what our photo clue was? It’s our new outdoor classroom!
Our shipping container has now made its way to our local depot where Chris and his team will work their magic and turn it into an outdoor class room for ‘Byerley Outback’. Exciting times ahead!!

Many weeks ago, our Canadian Lodge looked like our first photograph below! For many it was difficult to imagine the vision that Chris had with the design but the results are amazing!
The insides and roof are now being fitted out and Chris has even fitted coat hooks for the ‘Adventure Overalls’ the children will wear.
